This is to inform you that unfortunately the Lloyd F. Moss Free Clinic ceased operations as of June 12, 2025, due to inadequate funds. We appreciate that this is an unfortunate disruption. Patients can continue care at alternative health care providers and clinics. These include:

You may request your pharmacy records from Altruix Pharmacy located at 600 Jackson St Suite Q, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 or by calling 540-315-8446 after September 3, 2025. Remaining prescription refills may be filled with Altruix for Moss Clinic issued prescriptions.
