Lace up your running … or walking! shoes and get yourself ready for the Lloyd F. Moss Free Clinic’s 8^th Annual 5k Run/Walk Benefit on April 29^th!  Presented to you by Fredericksburg Orthopaedic Associates, this 5k is fun for the whole family and encourages competitive runners and casual walkers alike on its’ certified course that, starting from the *top* of Hospital Hill, winds up and around Cowan Blvd.  Prizes for top finishers as well as overall in various age categories.  Post race beverages, snacks, and live music!
