The journey to wellness often includes prescription medications. Unfortunately, cost and other obstacles such as transportation make some patients less likely to fill needed prescriptions. The Clinic’s licensed in-house pharmacy has a wide variety of medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, high cholesterol, asthma and other common illnesses. The pharmacy does not carry or dispense narcotic/controlled substances. For our current medical and dental patients, a $3 donation is requested for each 30-day supply of medication. Donations are requested at the time of pick-up.
The Community Pharmacy, a separate program administered by the Clinic, provides pharmacy-only services to uninsured patients from private physician’s offices or other healthcare facilities. Accessing affordable medications can be difficult. The Community Pharmacy helps patients make the most of available resources by providing low-cost prescription medications to those who qualify. Each 30-day prescription has an administrative fee of $3.
